Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or during holidays will begin processing the next business day.
During high-volume periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Elizia & Co is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Elizia & Co is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been transferred to the carrier. If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
