Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for eligible items only. Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Returns submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.
Non-Refundable Items
Due to health and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and non-refundable:
Beauty products -Skincare -Cosmetics- Body care products -Candles (used or unused)
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase for eligible, non-beauty items only. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Beauty products and candles are not eligible for exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Photos of the item and original packaging may be required for verification.
Once approved, we will gladly offer a replacement or store credit. Refunds for damaged items are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
